Makes 10 Square Ravioli at 6cm each
Easy to use, simply lay your fresh floured pasta sheets over the base, user the plastic dome shape to press indents into the pasta. Place equal amounts of filling in each indent.
Lay a second sheet of pasta over the top and use a rolling pin to press and seal the shapes. Leave to dry on a rack for one hour.
