In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-return option if you change your mind or make an incorrect choice for items purchased online only. Returning these items will be at your cost, and you may choose an exchange or non-expiry credit note of the items. The conditions of this return are as follows (i) Item purchased was not a Sale Item (ii) The item must be unused and in as new condition and (iii) The items must be in the original, undamaged packaging. Please contact us on sales@whatscooking.net.au to arrange a return. Items purchased online may be returned by prior arrangement, to one of our stores under the same conditions as set out above. However, this is at our discretion as not all products are stocked in all stores. All Credits and exchanges will be via our online store only.
