The What’s Cooking team aims to make all shopping experiences, either in store or online to be worry free. This document contain the Terms and conditions under which What’s Cooking will provide online sales and service and also participation in the Cook’s Club rewards program.

Our website uses Payment Express and Paypal and accepts MasterCard and VISA. This site uses the latest in encryption software to protect any card in formation in our control.

Delivery

Delivery is determined by tour postcode address and will be calculated once you put your postcode into the shipping details at the Checkout. We ship to Australian street postal addresses ONLY (no post boxes please) and do not offer overseas shipping. We use Australia Post to ship all goods.

We endeavour to ship as soon as possible after ordering however we do not quantify or guarantee a shipping arrival date and do not take any responsibility for loss or disappointment due to delivery dates. If the order is urgent please contact us and we will discuss options. All information given for purchase and shipping must be accurate and a valid Australian Postal address. We take no responsibility for inaccurate or imprecise information.

If you are not usually home during business days you might consider a post office box or work delivery address, if no one is home to receive the parcel, local Australia Post guidelines apply.

Any items returned to us undelivered due to delivery refusal, non-collection at the Post Office, or incorrect address, will be charged at the Australia Post rate for re delivery.

Free Shipping on Orders over $100 to all states except Western Australia & Northern Territory- Sorry. We will endeavour to have the item invoiced and shipped within 1-3 from order, business days are considered to be Mon- Fri unless they fall on a NSW public holiday.

All product information on the What's Cooking website is provided in good faith as being accurate at the time of entry and aim to accurately represent all products particularly colour and finish in images. Items Purchased Online - Returns and Damages
We want you to be happy with your purchase and so we offer the following returns policies. Damaged or Faulty Goods
What’s Cooking will replace any items damaged in transit. In order to claim these items, you must email us at sales@whatscooking.net.au within 48 hours of the delivery being made with a photo of the damage. We will organise a replacement and will advise on the return of the damaged goods, which will be send back at our cost.
Under the Trade Practices Act you are entitled to choose a repair, exchange or a non-expiry credit note if products you have purchased are faulty, unfit for the product’s intended or advertised purpose or different from the description or specifications presented. In this situation, please contact us on sales@whatscooking.net.au and we will assist you with the claim.
Where items are sold under a manufacturer’s warranty, we will liaise with the manufacturer to solve any issues.
Refund Policy & Change of Mind for Online purchases
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30 day return option if you change your mind or make an incorrect choice for items purchased. Returning these items will be at your cost, and you may choose an exchange or non-expiry credit note of the items. The conditions of this return are as follows (i) Item purchased was not a Sale Item (ii) The item must be unused and in as new condition and saleable. (iii) The items must be in the original, undamaged packaging.
Please contact us on sales@whatscooking.net.au to arrange a return. Items may be returned to any of our stores under the same conditions.
Refund Policy & Change of mind for in store purchases
If you change your mind for any purchase in store, we offer a 30-day exchange or a non-expiry credit note provided (i) Item purchased was not a Sale Item (ii) The item must be unused and in as new condition and saleable. (iii) The items must be in the original, undamaged packaging.
We do not offer refunds for any items on sale or clearance. By Law you are entitled to a refund, repair or exchange on any items that are (i) faulty (ii) unfit for intended use (iii) different from the description or specification presented. To obtain a refund or exchange you must provide a proof of purchase.

Cook’s Club
The Cook’s Club is the What’s Cooking Rewards program.
A Cook’s Club member once signed up will receive a point for every Dollar spent in store or online, once they accumulate 200 points, they will be issued a $10.00 reward. This reward will appear as a credit on the next purchase. In addition, we will occasionally run Promotions exclusive to the Cook’s Club Members, which may include increased points, bonuses, exclusive or early access, discounts or gifts.
A regular newsletter will keep Cook’s Club Members aware of Sales, Specials, new products, and upcoming in store events.

The Cooks Club is open to all customers and is free to join. Members will earn 1 point for each dollar spent unless a promotion is run that offers additional points.

Points are available to earn on all purchases made online at www.whatscooking.net.au and in store at all What’s Cooking Stores. Rewards can be redeemed Online at check out and in all What’s Cooking Stores regardless of where they were earned. Vouchers must be redeemed in full in one transaction in $10.00 units and are not transferable for Cash or store credit. 200 accumulated Points will earn the Member a $10.00 reward voucher. What’s Cooking will from time to time advise customers of specials, promotions, events and new product via email. A Member can opt out of the Cooks Club at any time
Exclusions

Unless specifically excluded Cook’s Club reward Points can be earned in conjunction with other promotions.

Only ONE club Member can be added to a single transaction. Reward Points cannot be earned on Laybys.

A customer must advise the store staff PRIOR to the sale commencing that they are a Cook’s Club Member as sales cannot be added after final processing.

Points are earned on the scanned price of the item. Cooks Club Points are not available on Internet Price Matched items or items discounted due to damage or faults.

What’s Cooking reserve the right to exclude clearance items from earning points. Should a Reward Voucher purchase be refunded the value of the voucher will be returned to the member’s account and the residual amount refunded to the cash or EFTPOS (as per the original sale)

The rewards voucher is NOT available on the first transaction even if it is over $200 and will be available for use after 24 hours.
