With these sharpeners you fill the well with water and then simply run the knives through the ceramic wheels as required, they will ensure the blade is held at the correct angle for a super sharp edge.
Stage 1 is for damaged or Dull knives and is used for repair Stage 2 is for dull knives and used just occasionally
Stage 3 is for regular use to keep your knives sharp at all times.
