To Ensure a long life from your Scanpan Classic Knives please follow these care instructions.
· Cut on a soft, non-abrasive surface preferably timber, bamboo or plastic.
· Regularly use a Scanpan Classic Diamond Sharpening Steel to ensure a razor sharp edge
· Knives are dishwasher safe however due to the harsh nature of the machine cleansing process, we recommend that you hand wash your knife and dry it with a towel
· Store in a block or on a magnetic strip to protect the blades. Never store cutlery pieces loose in a drawer
